David OD is a photographer and director living in Nashville and Los Angeles.

For nearly a decade, he has contributed meaningfully to the conversation between critically acclaimed artists of all genres and their audiences. Known for his keen ability to find the authenticity and grit in a multitude of environments, his work focuses on telling the stories we want to remember.

David manages to hold himself and his subjects loosely, in a way that feels in line with nature. This mindful workflow, in which each moment on set (or in transit) informs the next, has allowed him to develop a recognizable style of image-making that mirrors the cadence of his personal life — playing tennis, road cycling and running, a deep love of hip-hop, working on old cars, being on the water, living between two cities, and hanging with his dogs.

David’s work is both timely and timeless.

His images meet the demands of modern culture and at once call upon his roots in working-class Pennsylvania.

He is as fluid a documentarian as he is commanding large productions. He works comfortably within portraiture, landscape, commercial, live performance, music videos, documentaries and short films.
